CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 P.M. EST (SummerPlace 649 has 3pm check-in)
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M. EST.
NO early check-in or late check-out. Strictly enforced!
NO SMOKING. There is a $250.00 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
NO PETS. There is a $250.00 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a pet-free condition.
ADVANCE PAYMENT – An advance payment of 50% is required if your arrival date is >30 days out. Balance of rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is in <30 days then FULL PAYMENT is required. If paying via check, you have seven (7) days for the check to reach our office; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. The reservation deposit is NOT a damage deposit. SummerPlace resort does not require a damage deposit.

CANCELLATIONS - A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
